I’ve spent my ministry learning that pastoring and communications aren’t two separate jobs pulling in opposite directions – they’re the same calling, worked out in different rooms. On Sunday mornings, I’m at Pilar United Methodist Church in Bolinao, Pangasinan, a congregation you can only reach by boat. During the week, I’m the Communications Associate for the Baguio Episcopal Area, working alongside our Communications Director, our Resident Bishop, and the communicators of all ten Annual Conferences that make up BEA.
I’m currently finishing my Master of Divinity at Wesleyan University-Philippines in Tarlac, and most days that means moving between sermon prep, appointment certificate spreadsheets, and whatever system needs building next – a database, a registration form, a redesigned page. I like it that way. Grace shows up in the pulpit and in the pipeline.
What I believe
I serve within the Wesleyan/Methodist tradition, and it shapes how I read Scripture and how I lead: grace that meets people before they’re ready for it, holiness worked out socially and not just privately, and discipleship as a lifelong process of becoming – not a single decision. I try to keep every sermon, every Bible study, and every project I build pointed at the same center: Christ, and what it looks like to actually follow him.

Pilar United Methodist Church
Bolinao, Pangasinan – a congregation reachable only by boat. Sunday worship, pastoral care, liturgy, weddings, and lamay services for a community I know by name.
Baguio Episcopal Area
Communications Associate working with the Communications Director, the Resident Bishop, and communicators across all ten Annual Conferences – content, systems, and training for the whole Area.
