BEA Connect
A church information system built on Base44 for all ten Annual Conferences of the Baguio Episcopal Area – directories, worker records, apportionment tracking, and dashboard analytics. A sustained project: syncing birthdays and contacts for roughly 547 people, correcting district-level worker counts, fixing role/category data for 97 newly ordained workers, and turning appointment certificate PDFs into standardized, importable records.

A registration app mirroring a Google Form for the joint MEA/BEA communicators’ training, auto-emailing Zoom links with an admin area for exporting responses.
